Legal fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and, once agreed upon, must be paid in full prior to your first court date (including any filing fees, court costs and other expenses as may be incurred).
If you need to establish a payment plan different than the terms outlined above, you must contact our bookkeeper, Jennifer Iapalucci, prior to your first court date.
Payments may be made via cash, check or credit card at our office. In addition, credit card payments may be made via telephone. If you prefer to pay your legal fees online, you will receive an invoice via Square.
We can also accept payments via PayPal, Venmo and CashApp.
